- Executive Director or Board Chair completes the Ask an Expert Form.
- HVNC matches your nonprofit with a consultant based on request topic and expert’s skill set and availability.
- Connect via Zoom or in person for a scheduled 60-minute pro bono conversation.
ASK AN EXPERT is a voluntary service. Following a session, an organization may:
- Implement recommended next steps on your own.
- Agree on contracted paid services with one or more HVNC consultants.
No obligation for nonprofit or consultant beyond the pro bono meeting. All sessions are completely confidential. Limit of one Ask an Expert session per organization per year.

To begin at the beginning … a monthly workshop for nonprofit professionals, then a mega-collaboration aimed at identifying and connecting nonprofits with needed services—then slightly interrupted by the advent of a pandemic—evolved into HVNC.
